All sales are final. Second Century Habitat Fund shop purchases are not eligible for preference-based returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please email brian@sdhabitatfund.com  within 5 days of receiving your order and our team will process a replacement. To move things along even faster, please include pictures of the damage or defect, the order number and the product name. All orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Each new order will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible. Once your order leaves our facility, it should arrive in 3-5 business days.
